BaobabSIM sells prepaid travel eSIMs for three countries: Morocco, Egypt and South Africa. Each country has its own page with the plans, the networks and what to expect on arrival, and the help centre covers installing, switching on, fixing a connection and refunds for the eSIMs we sell.
The name comes from the baobab, a tree that grows across Africa, from Senegal to Madagascar and the Kruger. In our logo its crown is made of signal arcs, with a SIM card at its root.
Who runs it
BaobabSIM is operated by LuKas Holdings sp. z o.o., ul. Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001233010, NIP 7011306806, EU VAT PL7011306806). The company is the seller of record for every eSIM sold here and the publisher of every page.
You can reach us at contact@baobabsim.com. Complaints are answered within 14 days. The full contact details are on the contact page.
How BaobabSIM earns money
We sell prepaid eSIM plans at the price shown on the plan. The total, including any tax, is shown before you pay. That is our only income: no network pays us to place its plans higher or to describe them more kindly.
Local and regional plans
Where we have plans on a country’s own network, we sell those: in Morocco, plans on Orange Maroc. Where we do not have them yet, we sell regional plans that connect through partner networks, and every plan card says which kind it is. We would rather tell you a plan roams than let you find out on arrival.
What we do not do
- We do not run your line. Your plan runs on the network’s infrastructure under the network’s rules; we help you install it and get you a refund when it cannot be made to work.
- We do not sell your data. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy.
- We do not publish reviews we have not received. When customer reviews appear on this site, they will be real ones, collected after purchase.
